the view was magnificent from our balcony. it is located in a downtown area. the fact that our room overlooked the sea. nice touristic places like vida vinci were next to the hotel.

Sauna was a bonus. We stayed in the family room. No complaints, we would love to go back if in Koh Samui:)))
